CALATAGAN TRAIL RUN presented by Ahon

This is the 2nd edition of the Calatagan Trail Run.

“The word "Calatagan" is taken from the Tagalog word "latag" and is closely associated with "kapatagan", which means a vast portion of flat land lying between the hills and mountains. Thus, Calatagan means a large expanse of wide flat land.”

Calatagan is also known for its beautiful coastal beaches. The little known hills are located at North-east portion of the town and the highest point is called Mount Masawa or Pinagbanderahan. The start and finish line will take place at Urban Breeze Beach in Barangay Hukay.

We also advise participants to take a camera for the challenge and enjoy the view as they run. This sea to summit and road to trail run challenge are ideal for beginners and seasoned trail runners. Pure bliss, guarantee!

This is a qualifying race for 2024 KING OF THE MOUNTAIN Trail Run, Clark-Miyamit 60km and PHILTRA-recognized race.
